Active Aging: Wellness
Sonoma Valley Hospital and Vintage House invite you to join a lively and informative community lecture series in September called Active Aging:Wellness.
The four dynamic talks given by Sonoma Valley Hospital community health experts provide insights on the importance of overall wellness through the lens of Active Aging.
The talks are open to the entire community without charge and will be held in-person in Stone Hall at Vintage House from 3:00 - 4:30 pm on four successive Fridays - September 6, 13, 20, and 27. Light refreshments will be provided. Vintage House is located at 264 1st Street East in Sonoma Valley.

SEPTEMBER 13: Men's Health/Urology with UCSF Dr. Peter Carroll
SEPTEMBER 20: Balance-Focused Gentle Movements with Sonoma Valley Hospital's PT Marek Grzybowski
SEPTEMBER 27: Sonoma Valley Hospital's Emergency Department's Stroke Readiness/UCSF Neurology with Dr. Seric Cusick
